Understanding Co-Employment

Co-employment occurs when a client company enters into an agreement to establish a three-way relationship between it, its employees and Axios HRS. The client business and Axios HRS become co-employers of the client's employees.

Axios HRS takes responsibility for human resource administration, employee benefits, workers compensation, unemployment claims management, payroll processing and payroll compliance tasks.

Client employees continue to work at the client company which continues to exercise control over the business and all employee activity.
