Axios HR Consultant makes visits to all schools & buildings to be accessible to staff for better employee relations & communication. On-site time to be evaluated and determined by need of each individual school.  We provide an HR Consultant on call 24/7.

• Axios Lead HR Consultant sits in on monthly leadership / staff meetings and board meetings if requested
  

• Axios will complete reporting to the State regarding Certification requirements for each staff member / employee

• Axios’ HRIS can track all data that is required by the State for each staff member/employee Certification requirements

• General Ledger integration into our HRIS for accounting purposes/if compatible

• Axios maintains HR Compliance at all times  - Files / Payroll, Tax filings / Labor Law / New Hires / Terminations / 401(k) etc.
