Track & update staff attendance /sick, personal & vacation tracking
Collect part-time staff/employee hours approved and submitted for payment
Sort per location and distribute payroll checks (if not direct deposits)
Filing / Filing System to maintain employment required documents and state required documents
Tracking payroll
Calculate and update Axios with any changes regarding: payroll, benefits, direct deposits,(401)k
Compliance with all Staff/Employee Acknowledgement forms / signed & on file
Completion of all terminations – monitor last payment for accuracy
Assistance with budget projections (at clients request)
